Raise a support ticket with the LocalFor.Me team and track their replies in one place.

Need a hand?

If you can't find the answer in the help centre, raise a support ticket and the LocalFor.Me team will help.

  1. Go to Help centre and click Contact support at the bottom — or open Support in your account.
  2. Add a short subject (optional) and describe your issue or question.
  3. Click Send to support.

You'll get a confirmation, and we'll reply by email and in the ticket itself.

Tracking your tickets

Open Support in your account to see all your tickets and their status:

  • Open — received, not yet picked up.
  • In progress — a team member is on it.
  • Resolved / Closed — sorted.

Unread replies show a badge. Open a ticket to read the latest and reply — the conversation stays in one thread.

Anyone with an account can raise a ticket — shoppers and businesses alike. For questions about a specific shop or product, message the business directly instead (see Messaging a business).
