Insights & analytics

The Insights page (under Manage → Insights) gives you an at-a-glance view of how your storefront is trading over the last 30 days. Everything on the page is based on a rolling 30-day window.

What counts as a sale

For the revenue figures, a sale is any order that is Paid, Fulfilled or Partially refunded. Fully refunded and cancelled orders are excluded, so the numbers reflect money you've actually kept.

Headline metrics

• Revenue (30 days) — total value of qualifying orders in the window.
• Orders (30 days) — how many qualifying orders you took.
• Average order value — revenue divided by the number of orders.
• Refund rate — the share of orders placed in the window that were refunded or partially refunded.
• Repeat-buyer rate — of the customers who bought in the window, the percentage who have placed two or more paid orders with you in total.
• Profile views (30 days) — how many times your public profile was viewed.
• Conversion rate — orders as a percentage of those profile views, i.e. how often a visit turned into a purchase.

Revenue trend

A daily revenue sparkline plots each day in the window so you can spot peaks and quiet patches at a glance. Taller points are your higher-revenue days.

Top items

A Top items list shows your best sellers in the window, ranked by units sold, alongside the revenue each generated. Item names are snapshotted from the order, so this stays accurate even if you later rename or remove a product.

Tip: A low conversion rate with healthy profile views usually points at pricing, photography or stock availability rather than reach. A high refund rate is worth investigating against the order detail pages to see what's going wrong.

Note: Insights only reflect on-platform storefront sales. If checkout isn't enabled for your business yet, the revenue, order and conversion figures will read zero even though your profile is getting views. See Getting paid to switch on payments.
